Here is a SHORT 1 minute video, from a 'supposed' atheist.

I enjoyed that. I can't say I agree with it 100%, but I do believe that it is essential that opposites exist in this world. If we had never known what it was like to be sick, I don't believe good health would be meaningful to us at all. If we had never been sad, never experienced disappointment or frustration or fear, we would not truly be able to appreciate happiness, achievement, satisfaction and calm.

I'm curious, though, why did you say "supposed" atheist? Did you doubt that the teacher was an atheist, or what?

It has been argued for years about Einstein, Kats. Was he/wasn't he an atheist.. The student represented something Einstein was "supposed" to have said. A search on snopes says it is a false claim.

But there is much wisdom in that video

You know, I've seen so many quotes from Einstein that mention God, I'm really not sure what he believed and did not believe. Maybe he was something of a deist.

Oh, you're kidding! I wish I would remember to check snopes more often.

Great video. Thanks for posting it. I'm not sure the teacher was atheist though.

Many thought he was an atheist, but Einstain was offended when people called him an atheist.

I liked it too. (And the music-- Erik Satie is wonderful!)

Evil = the absence of God/Love.

Blessings!
