That could be true, people are hating the phrase LOVE WINS when the bible says LOVE NEVER FAILS. You could be on to something here.

We are all born with that "error". The error is sin.

Exactly. They wanted in without believing. I have heard people go as far as tell others that no belief is necessary to enter.

If that is the case, then why is belief in Jesus not enough as pointed out to me in a post you referred me to in an answer to one of my questions?
You posted a verse to me that states "whosoever believes" in an answer concerning what it takes to be saved yet, then another answer is given stating that is not enough.
Is it or isn't it enough?

Finn,
OH! The error of being born!
That's absolutely terrible. Tell that to a child: you are an error!
That's about the worst thing that you can do to a child, is to tell them that they are an error. Many children believe that very thing because they don't have a mother and father around who care for them. And as a result, they often end up down a very rough road.
So just what do you think God was thinking when He put all mankind into sin and condemnation? Does that sound Loving??
OF course not!
Not unless there is a PURPOSE in doing so.
So before talking about Christ, maybe we need to start from Adam...
Blessings,
brian

When you say non-faith/unbelief is an "error" you have just turned it into a work.

That wasn't the question Finn. Is Jesus setting the captive free or locking them out ?. I know you believe he's doing both and this is why you will not answer the question asked, because to admit he's doing both , you believe in a divided kingdom.

That was why the truth of what Jesus was speaking (and still is) hated today. People today are attempting to gain entrance without faith when Jesus specifically says otherwise.
Back then the drum beat was "we are Abrahams decendents" or "the temple, we have the temple" ......today it's "all means all" or whatever the catch phrase of the day happens to be.
There is nothing new under the sun.

True, all my life I have heard "God is love" but no true belief that it does much of anything.
