thank you, trying to find the song on napster what is the title?
I recently got into a gospel singer named Jessica Greene. She has amazing talent and you guys can download a free song here (It's almost time for Back to School! - Berean Christian Stores) She has an album comin out on 9-25 entitled "4 The World". Let me know what you guys think of her. I introduced her to a couple people here at work and they were amazed. I think you would be too.
I was reading the list of Christian music on another thread. I recognized some of the songs, but many of the group names were unfamiliar to me. Then I remembered that Gospel and Christian music are treated almost like seperate genres. Even though the music celebrates God and Christ.
I have to say that I have listened to music that doesn't lay any claim to celebrate or praise God or Jesus but absolutely edifies my spirit & renews my faith.
I wondered how many people who listen to gospel singers also listen to christian singers and vice versa. Have any of you have listened to:
Yes Walter Hawkins' Marvelous ( I love this song) or
Yes Jesus You're the Center of My Joy or
Now Behold the Lamb or
On Time God or
Yes Are You Washed in the Blood of the Lamb or
Oh It is Jesus or
Frank Williams and
Yes Mississippi Mass Choir: Hold on Old Soldiers, Your Grace and Mercy, Order My Steps, It Remains to be Seen, Victory in Jesus, and He's Able or
I Call You Faithful
Some one mentioned a song called Alabaster Jar? I wonder if it similar to CeCe Winans Alabaster Box. That is a wonderful and emotional song.
OMG... there is a LOT of christian rap that I LOVE LOVE LOVE... did I say LOVE?
