Amen! If I were to give you a free car, but you neglected it by leaving it parked outside with the windows down and the key in the ignition, will the thief not come and take your free gift from you? Likewise, salvation must be maintained, looked after and cared for, as satan stands ready to steal your salvation; and, he'll will be successful if we are negligent and/or indifferent toward our free gift of salvation.

Salvation is not an offer. He IS our Salvation, when God opens our eyes to see that HE IS our salvation there's only one outcome,a man cannot see,or understand anything of God until the point of Him opening our eyes. This is taught throughout the scriptures.

Then their eyes were opened and they recognized him. Were not our hearts burning within us while he talked with us on the road and opened the Scriptures to us?” .Luke 24

What is it, then? If the Lamb was not an offering, what was He?

A gift given,not offered.

For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

Default Will Christ fail to accomplish Gods desire to save all people?

The question should be DID Christ fail to accomplish God's desire to save all people? He did NOT fail. What we do to build on His foundation is the issue we face . . . sanctification. Our efforts will be tried by the consuming and refining fire of God . . . but we are already "saved as by fire."

Let the redeemed of the LORD say so Psalm 107:2

When we begin to see the world as God see's it, we will hear it say so. We are ambassadors of this message.

that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting men's sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation .2 Cor 5:19.

What is your message ? ...............You're going to hell if you don't believe(sigh)

Those who continue to reject Jesus' free gift will one day realize that they failed to reach out for it. Jesus left a New Testament. The will of a testator is of no value to a beneficiary who refuses to go down to collect what was willed to him/her.

Heaven couldn't be the place we all think it is if it's a dumping ground for the unresolved sins of mankind. In fact, there would be no real difference between Heaven and Hell if both places were filled with the dirtyness and ugliness of man.
