It is written in Urdu. Sorry I can not read it. The letters are Arabic but the words are Urdu or possibly Farsi as both languages share the Arabic alphabet with us and both are used in Pakistan. Urdu is the official and National Language but quite a few do speak Farsi.
. The picture is Bhutto. The people are most likely Sufi as that is the only Sect of Islam that prays to the dead. Pakistan has a fairly large Sufi population.
