13 For You formed my inward parts;
You covered me in my mother’s womb.
14 I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made;[b]
Marvelous are Your works,
And that my soul knows very well.
15 My frame was not hidden from You,
When I was made in secret,
And skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.
16 Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed.
And in Your book they all were written,
The days fashioned for me,
When as yet there were none of them.

17 How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God!
How great is the sum of them!
18 If I should count them, they would be more in number than the sand;
When I awake, I am still with You.
I know Job too...However, That is not talking about the Elected...

How do you know? Maybe he elected each soul before he knit them together in the womb.

Your ignorance is obvious and so is your lack of logic and reason...You have little knowledge on the topics...And the knowledge you do have seems immature...

Post Getting into a spiritually depressed place

So that is your testimony.
Mine is very different.

IMO, one of the greatest of all manifestations of God's grace in action on this earth is that Calvinists do not get into a spiritually depressed place, because they have a god who seems to say

"Since there is nothing you can do about it because you are totally depraved and you are not one of the elect, it is obvious that I created most of you for the purpose of torturing you forever. However, I am going to choose a few of you to go to heaven where you will be happy forever."

In my case, that was the concept that helped cause my horrific nervous breakdown 1966-79 (I'm 72 now).

It was only by examining the evidence for UR that I was able to gradually escape from that breakdown. e.g.

That comment was SO mature. I have plenty of logic, reason, and knowledge but that doesn't matter too much. What matters is that I know God, and the Holy Spirit guides me into all truth and part of that truth is that God is not a monster hell-bent on torturing those who He knit together in the womb. Enjoy your academics.

Gotta wonder if the untortured believers are actually the tortured ones....

Lol. I like how you say you think UR is more exegetical but you are not an URer... I'm a preterist URer and yet it was because I tried to prove the rapture would happen soon that I stumbled upon actually reading the bible in 1st century context. It was a "wait a second... What I was taught was not what it actually says" moment.

I sat there with my 5 lexicons, 7 versions, and websters for 2 years (free moments anyway), and came away with what I was later labeled as preterist and URer.

My point is that even though I believe god has "saved" everyone he intended to save from the destruction of Jerusalem as told in the bible, I also know that enlightenment and evolution caused a whole world to see that sacrificing animals and believing in supernatural gods was ineffective. We still have some growing to do but at least today we don't blame sickness on "evil spirits." so I don't mind siding with and being labeled as a URer. I guess I wonder why you don't want to be thought of as UR...

But yet.... Yes... This thread is still going. Quite the one-sided showdown.

Well the doctrine of it was conceived and born out of them/us that believe it. I also do not believe there is peace in believing in something wicked,which the doctrine of eternal torment/torture is.
