Default Don't Repent!

~ Don't Repent?

We're not use to hearing this are we?

But Jesus Is Washing His Church 0f False Humility...

When we come together to honor His body & blood.
Jesus never required His disciples to repent.
In making them worthy of receiving The Bread & Wine.

On the night He was betrayed
Jesus never told any of His Disciples to repent
so they would worthy of honoring His Remembrance.

We have believed what Pulpit Preachers have said
unto a false humility.
They've taught us that Paul was talking about our sins.
When Paul spoke about how they were treating
The Bread & Wine in an Unworthy Manner! - 1Cor.11

It had nothing to with
us confessing all our sins before we partake!
As if we could be worthy to remember Him!

I'm tired of Pastors making us feel guilt ridden remembering our sins!
Instead of remembering Christ!
What false humility we've been taught of honoring Christ's body.

- Homor Means To Bear The Weight Of:

When We Believe To Honor God By The Life He Has Given Us.
The Weight 0f Who He Is,
Must Be Continually Recognized As Much Too Great
For Us To Bear Up Under.

When We Seek The Position 0f Strength To Do So?
We've Failed To Honor Him With Little More Than Our Lips.

For The Honoring 0f Him Will Ultimily Bring Us To Our Knees.
Where The Confession 0f His Lordship May Truly Be Proclaimed.

- False Humility can act out honor that is not evident in life.
- To bring into exsitance an authority not given, but earned.

"Every Knee Shall Bow And Every Tongue Confess That Jesus Is Lord."

No One Will Remain Standing In This Confession 0f Him Then.
But The Position 0f This Recognition Will Be Too Late For Many.
As False Humility Has No Place To Bow, But Before Men.

- Let us, "wait for one another" to confess our sins? No.
- Let Us Bow Under The Weight 0f The One Who Takes Them Away.

Whatever false flag religion you are posting under . . . it is NOT Christianity. You almost make me believe katie about the children of Satan posting to destroy belief on Christ. Fortunately, I know that is nonsense . . . but you certainly make a good show of it.

Don't you even consider the Scripture I'm speaking about?

You just go off on a tangent of falsley accusing me, on something else.
That I'm not even talking about.

Is it because you can not truthfully discuss the Scritpure I'm referring to.

While I do agree we are to honor Messiah's worthiness when we partake of the bread/wine for it is ONLY He who is worthy.

However, that's as far as I agree with you. Just because Messiah didn't go around repeating the word 'repent' over and over does not mean He didn't teach repentance.

Teshuvah....look it up. That's what God requires of His ppl.

Matthew 4:17 took place BEFORE he even had disciples.

To claim that he never told his disciples to repent is patently false.

Notice the phrase "from that time on" meaning "at that moment and continuing on forever". He preached it continually.

Jesus said, do this in remembrance of Me.

Not, do this in remembrance of your sins.

Pastors teach we have to repent of our sins
before we can partake of The Bread & Wine.

When neither Jesus nor Paul said that.

God forgives sinners, not sin ... by grace, through faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. Unless one recognizes and repents of their own sin, they have no place for a "Savior." Arbitrary or independant forgiveness of sin is absolutely unscriptural! The rejection of our need for repentance ... suggests that Christ died in vain and that Holy God ignores sin. The latter is the character Satan ascribed to God in Genesis when he told Eve, "Surely, you will not die" (aka: 'God is lying or untrustworthy ... or doesn't mean what He says').

The "remembrance" we celebrate in the Last Supper (Communion, Eucharest) ... is the remembrance of what Christ did on the cross to satisfy the 'just death-wages of sin' on our behalf. Repentance is at the core of communion, salvation and all scripture from Genesis to Revelation.

Your suggestion that repentance is unnecessary is either a 'troll', a 'red herring' or patently ignorant of scripture. Sorry, I mean no personal offense, but, trying to build an entire theology on 1-2 passages, with no regard for the overall body of scripture ... is a dangerous and foolish practice.

With regard to what you characterize as 'the false humility of repentance', I would suggest to you that there is far more 'false humility' in any contention that repentance is unnecessary. At least with the former, it requires the acknowledgement of one's own sin and a sense of Godly sorrow over it.

In Luke 13 : 2-5.... Jesus tells them all to repent saying ...``Suppose you that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things>...I Tell You, Nay, but except you repent, you will all likewise perish........Or those eighteen upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think you that they were sinners above all men that dwell in Jerusalem?.... I Tell You , Nay , but except you repent, you will all likewise perish........ See here is Jesus telling the people the gospel of the Lord ....... So do you know what happens when people perish?...... Well first their souls will perish in hell were they will be trapped in a gulf , were many of devils are and fallen angels are ,.... then after the great judgment of the Lord Jesus at the last day all those who lost their souls will loses their spirits as it will also perish .......

Another great post!

I think it's all about the heart. Repentance (ie change of mind ) through the Cross.

God doesn't want a better man, but a new man in humility allowing the Holy Spirit to conform him to the image of The Son - Christ Jesus. This will result in a 'better man'.

A new Creation emerges. Our values in life become fulfilling God's will over ours. A transformation occurs.

Repentance is the result of truly believing.
