I've heard the term agnostic Atheist and had rather lengthy discussions with people in an attempt to help them understand the contradiction of the term thus rendering it false. But now, as the world 'progresses' to rethink and shape personal truth(s), I have stumbled on folks who are beginning to use the term "Spiritual Atheist" as if it is a well known technically correct perfectly acceptable expression.

Maybe someone here can help me understand how theses terms -- agnostic Atheist & Spiritual Atheist -- can possible be accurate terminology.

I'm telling you, I believe it might be easier to understand the Trinity than some of these ideas the 'New Atheists' are throwing about

You should try the Buddhist camp, were people don`t believe in God but is more of naturalism spiritualist........... See the living God Lord Jesus Christ who you deny would prefer that you try something because if you fail there , you could change plan and discover the truth....... People who are agnostic tend to be luke warm in the discovery of new things and perish for lack of understanding

Why do you think agnostic atheist is a contradiction in terms and "false"? Each term addresses something different: knowledge vs. belief, so not only could an agnostic be atheist, but all agnostics are in fact either atheist or theist (in addition to being agnostic).
