Why? I don't know. Somehow it just seems like I can personally relate to some of what he went through. And he said things so succinctly and eloquently.

Now, I have not read the whole Bible but I would say for me it would be Mary Magdalene. From the little I know, that is who I feel I can identify with.

Maybe kind of a mix between Paul, Thomas, and Jonah...I really cannot find a person in the Bible that I fully identify with at the moment...

I would think I would be most like David. He was a nobody in the beginning of his life and God in His grace gave Him many blessings. David made many mistakes along the way, yet he turned to God for forgiveness. David had a true heart for the Lord and loved Him deeply.
