Based on your many other posts, this is clearly another 'loaded' question designed to lead back to a UR discussion.
Obviously, we do not merit, earn, deserve or otherwise have any claim on God's grace (eg; unmerited favor).
--- Nor does God have any obligation to 'automatically inject, impose or impute' His grace (unmerited favor), righteousness or salvation and eternal life on anyone and everyone.

Indeed. God obligates Himself by His own promises and His word.
For example:
Titus 2:11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men
Eph 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God
This grace that brings salvation appears to all men: God has obligated Himself that, unless God is a liar (which He is not).

No just addressing false expressions so the people might know them for what they are. You are free to say otherwise JG.
How can GOD, the creater of EVERYTHING (Isaiah 45: 12 I have made the earth, and created man upon it), be obligated to any one of us?
Yet, he loves us, entered in a Covenant with us, redeemed us, promises to clean us up so we won't always be dirty, so while I don't see it as an obligation, but a covenant promise, and he can inject, impose and impute his grace on me as he see's fit (eventhough, I feel he's doing that already, whether we like it or not, lol)
And to add, I'm so glad I don't have to look to Man for grace and mercy
