I think it's not too wise to second guess what happens after death when it comes to judging others. I once asked Father what happens to bad people when they die if there is forgiveness of sins and sinners? Father told me not to concern myself with them, that's Their business, but I did get the sense that in the future much of what we are labeling "evil" behavior will show up as brain development disabilities, i.e., babies born with parts of their brains not developing properly like the empathy processing part causing non-responsiveness to feelings for other people's lives. How do you punish a baby born deformed? In short, we don't know what God can do for souls and its really not for us to judge. We can only do the best we can do.
