Sorry, but I will believe what the Tanakh says regarding Tithing as opposed to what someone thinks it is...Tithing is a Feast to be consumed in the presense of HaShem...

Many of us who have put these tithing principles into practice and have had God intervene for good when we obeyed and for correction when we disobeyed believe that God was in favor of the way we tithed -- the first tithe to God, the second tithe to attend the festivals, mainly the Feast of Tabernacles and the third tithe to go the widows, orphans, etc. I guess you realize your opinion doesn't really count in the matter since God expresses His opinion day in and day out concerning our tithing practices by personally intervening in our lives as we show respect and sometimes disrespect towards Him and this and His other Commandments, Statutes and Judgments.

HaSatan can also intervene in your life to lead you to believe that you are headed in the right direction...But are far removed from HaShem...I have given to those in need as I come accross them and HaShem has blessed me richly with a good job ($60-70k/yr)...And that income that I make?...I consider it ALL to belong to HaShem, not just 10%, and He leads me to dispose of it as He wishes...
If you dont tithe you are probably keeping your "minister" driving an Infinity instead of a Bentley!! Shame on you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
