Can anyone using Scripture explain how a Christian can quench the Holy Spirit?

How? No.

Acts 7:51 and Isaiah 63:10 speak of people who resisted the Holy Spirit.

Seen during a Healing Service, where a Minister with healing Anointing of Lord Jesus , came and conducted the Healing meeting were Holy Spirit was healing people through Jesus ..... But this Minister had indifference with other people Groups which reject the Commands of Jesus and spoke out his indifferences , which alienated righteous people who prefer not to hear the hatred from any Ministers ..... So with the prayers of the people in the meeting Jesus could not heal the people as effective as when the minister would not said all the hateful words to the sheep of Christ , which Quench the spirit .....In Matthew 13:57-58......``And they were offended in Him. But Jesus said to them `A prophet is not without Honor save in his own country, and in his own house`..And He did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief....``.....See people devalued Jesus and People did not believe which Quenched the Holy Spirit

By seeing yourself in any other way than how God sees you.

I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.

The LORD your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; HE will rejoice over you with gladness; HE will quiet you by his love(AMEN)he will exult over you with loud singing Zeph 3:17

The Bible doesn't go into a great deal of detail about "how to quench (the fire of) the Holy Spirit", but, the passages surrounding the admonishment and elsewhere provide a great deal of information about How NOT to quench the Spirit:

1 Thes. 5:16-22
16 Rejoice always, 17 pray continually, 18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

19 Do not quench the Spirit. 20 Do not treat prophecies with contempt 21 but test them all; hold on to what is good, 22 reject every kind of evil.

I believe that one "quenches the Spirit" by NOT doing these things.

Philippians 4:4-8 provides further examples of how to secure 'The Peace of God' (by the Holy Spirit):

4 Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!

5 Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand.

6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

8 Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.
