I think there is a difference between someone dispalying a religious image in a public area of the workplace vs in their own office or on their own body.
If relligious images are placed around the lunchroom or water cooler, I can see how this may be a problem, however if one has put up a religious image in their private office or wears a relious medal around their neck.....I think that is more an issue of freedom of religion, and should be respected and tolerated.

I think that's exactly the point... personal religious expression is fully protected by the law, but it's simply not appropriate in a place of work. Now, if everyone is allowed to post their own pictures of choice, I see no problem with it! And like I said, I personally don't care either way, since I'm secure in my beliefs - just playing the devil's advocate.
Wonder if I could have Jesus' face tattooed on my face. Then I could hang a picture of myself up.
