As some of you may remember, my wife and I had been trying to get our son into Mayo Clinic here in Minnesota. Well after a lot of work we were able to get him in and have been waiting a few months for his appointment. My wife and son leave tomorrow for the clinic and his appt. begins on Tuesday a.m. at 8 a.m. sharp.

My little guy has an immune deficiency problem and we're not sure why it's there or how to help him. A few of the white blood cells that protect you from childhood cancers and diseases are lower than they should be, and are a concern to the doctors. In addition the little guy gets sick on a regular basis and his asthma is out of control. We are hoping and praying for answers to help him get better, and for us to just know what is happening. Please pray for their drive down there, and that the doctors will figure out what's been happening to him.

Prayer requests granted;
I believe that your son will be restored to his original state with no adverse effects, and will live his life in a healthy state; according to Isaiah 53 and Mark 11, and Psalms 91 and Psalms 40; In the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth; And We give you all the praise, glory and honor Lord Jesus in advance
Amen

Thank you everyone! The prayers are much-needed and very appreciated. For the most part he doesn't realize he's sick...which is a blessing, but at the same time it's the norm for him, so he knows no different. He is definitely daddy's little buddy! We're having guy time tonight since he and mommy are leaving tomorrow. I can't get time off work (it would be unpaid) and my daughter has school. However if he has to stay longer than anticipated I'll drive down there in a flash to be with him, and my wife. Fortunately it's only about a two-hour drive for us. So thankful for excellent healthcare here in Minnesota!
