When he sent the prophets, they were killed. He sent his son and they also killed him. At some point the owner of the multiverse must come by himself sending no one. How is he coming? Dan 2:44, gives a fair insight. He will set up a kingdom on earth that would dominate other kingdoms.
Now we are 2012 years past Christ birth and we have seen the kingdoms of the world up till this era. Should we not be seeking this kingdom of God on earth?
It seems to me that most of us are waiting for rapture? When it is clearly stated that a woman shall bring forth a child who is destined to rule the world, having been caught up to God.

Christ says; "The kingdom of God is at hand."

"The hour is coming and truly has come when the dead shall hear the voice of the son of God and those who have heeded it shall live."

It is written in the prophets;

The Lord speaking to Israel His servant says; "I am the Lord your God , the one who stirs up the sea till its waves roar, the Lord of Host by name. I have put my words into your mouth and shielded you with the shadow of my hand," says the Lord

There is a spiritual kingdom on earth and a physical kingdom. The physical kingdom is the physical presence of God on earth. The spiritual kingdom links all human beings no matter their geographic location. Christ saying the kingdom was at hand was obviously refferring to the spiritual kingdom which took off after his death and ressurrection.

Sure the earth is the Lords and everything on it .......... Then the earth was destroyed many times since the earth was created , as there were mass extinctions and parts of the earth seen major disasters, which may have by the Lord , or not of His direct control, as dark spiritual forces have destroyed life , and continue to be a menace ..........See before the second -Coming of Lord Jesus the earth will again be lost to the Lord as sin grows beyond , and will need to be judged so renewal can come ......... See Jesus is coming , but most people of the earth will not see Him , and it will be far to late for most people , People will not see Jesus because the law of Jesus Words for faith` It is better to believe and not see`......... So if you are the ones hope for Jesus to take up His position in the temple at Jerusalem , and rule as a man from there is hope , which Jesus today still needs hope and faith in end time is a must for victory in God plan ....

Christ coming has nothing to do with Jerusalem- the present Jerusalem in contention- no. He said so himself that the physical kingdom will be taken from the Jews to another nation-matter of fact a gentile nation.

Read Isaiah 11, Isaiah 63. Folks forget that the sequence of events is for the kingdom to be physically established before the enthronement of the Christ. Mat 24, talks about the revelation of the son of God which would lead to mourning by various groups. Why the mournings? Because the son of man will not be the way the world expects

We now have the 'spiritual security' of God's kingdom, and have the assured expectation of it being a reality over Earth.

Since we are still praying for 'thy kingdom come' then it is still future.
We do not pray to be taken away to the kingdom.
We do not pray to be taken up to the kingdom.
We pray 'thy kingdom come and God's will [purpose] be done here on earth as it is in heaven'.
In heaven there is No war, crime, violence, pollution, sickness nor death.
So, we are praying for those same righteous conditions that exist in heaven to also exist on earth. [ 1st Cor. 15 v 26; Rev. 21 vs 4,5 ]
Only Jesus, as 'king of God's kingdom', for a thousand years can bring those good conditions to earth.
Only Jesus can usher in global Peace on Earth among men of goodwill.
Jesus can and he will.- Isaiah 11 vs 3,4

That prayer was first said more than 2000years ago. Is God so hard hearted that he would not have answered that prayer? Of course No. He has answered that prayer. The Kingdom is firmly in place. That explains why all worldly governments and institutions are gradually crumbling around us. These signs- earthquakes, floods, change of weathers, violence are police actions heralding the birth pains of a new kingdom. These changes will only get worse until Dan2:44 fully manifests. One kingdom, one government, the government of God and His Christ that will reign forever.

The 1000 year reign of Christ was in the spiritual realm, and having accomplished that, his physical reign on earth must begin and is for eternity, without interruption.

I do believe we are close to or have perhaps entered into the AGE of TABERNACLES. I think the Church AGE is just about closed. The Ages overlap as they did when Jesus first came. To your post I say, Amen.
People everywhere are more than ready for Christ to rule the nations and for an end to corrupt rulers.

I think about the foundation that's been laid for us: life and death in the power of the tongue, calling those things which were not as though they were, etc.

God Himself spoke the world into existence, and He's given us instruction as to how to use our faith in accordance with the tongue, speaking life to those who are in need (rather than condemning them) and to those areas of our lives which are under the sentence of death.

He says "the word that goes out of My mouth, it shall not return unto Me void", and then we hear "Say unto this mountain", "prophesy unto these bones", etc.

It's not just that we shouldn't settle for the natural world, if we take the gospel as a whole it's obvious that we are His representatives (as He is, so are we in the earth) and that we have more power available to us than is presently being used. We should be "taking the land" - however that applies to your life.
