Matthew 24:5–8 5 For any will come in my name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and they will lead many astray. nor will people say, 'Here it is,' or 'There it is,' because the kingdom of God is within you Luke 17:21

See, Jesus was talking about the future, but you seem to think that if He meant the future, then it should somehow mean that it has never happened in the past. If you tried applying logic, you would realize your error, but I get the feeling you are not all that interested in trying to undertand what people are saying. You are more interested in disagreeing, and arguing. It's too bad.
But you are saying false teachings have been around since the beginning, so explain how in the end times they are a sign, when false teachings have always been around since the beginning. Nothing those who claim to be a 100% bible believer makes no sense.

According to you false teaching has led many astray from the beginning, this I will agree with you. Anyone who does not teach Christ is within you is leading you astray( this is the end time distortion of the truth)

Explain to me how false teaching that's always been around since the beginning is a sign of the end times, do you not see from what you are saying that nothing's changed from the beginning ?.

There has also been earthquakes and wars in the past, and yet Jesus said earthquakes and wars are also a sign of the end times. I am sorry if cannot get your head around it. I suppose you could try to figure it out by asking yourself questions like "are these things becomeing more frequent". I will not waste my time trying to explain it to someone who disagrees just for the sake of disagreeing. Let me just say that your disagreement it not with my words, but with the words of Jesus.

IF these things have ALWAYS been around, can you tell us how they are a sign of the end times when these things have always been in place ? . You need to go back to the drawing board to understand what the end times actually mean. Because what you are saying is contadictory.

False teaching in the past wasn't a sign of the end times, yet false teaching in the end times is ? . I know you are smarter than this Mr Jarber.

Actually the topic is: "are all of the gay people coming out an indicator of God's revealed wrath on this country?" accompanied by verses from Pauls letter to the Romans.

No-one has bothered to address my post putting those verses back in their original context - which points out how the verses clearly have nothing to do with gay and lesbian people anyway.

Unless you all seriously believe that 21st gay and lesbian people are the same as 1st century heterosexual gentiles using ritual sex (including both vaginal and anal sex acts) to worship ancient pagan fertility gods in the temples in Corinth?

I oppose the Christianity you believe in, not Christianity((the teachings of Jesus Christ) .

There are many who who believe in eternal torment on this forum who have my respect.
