Not exactly what you had in mind, I think, but my favorite music that expresses Christian values, one example:

Be Still (My Soul) - David Archuleta - YouTube

Be still, my soul: the Lord is on thy side.
Bear patiently the cross of grief or pain.
Leave to thy God to order and provide;
In every change, He faithful will remain.
Be still, my soul: thy best, thy heavenly Friend
Through thorny ways leads to a joyful end.

Be still, my soul: thy God doth undertake
To guide the future, as He has the past.
Thy hope, thy confidence let nothing shake;
All now mysterious shall be bright at last.
Be still, my soul: the waves and winds still know
His voice Who ruled them while He dwelt below.

Be still, my soul: when dearest friends depart,
And all is darkened in the vale of tears,
Then shalt thou better know His love, His heart,
Who comes to soothe thy sorrow and thy fears.
Be still, my soul: thy Jesus can repay
From His own fullness all He takes away.

Be still, my soul: the hour is hastening on
When we shall be forever with the Lord.
When disappointment, grief and fear are gone,
Sorrow forgot, love’s purest joys restored.
Be still, my soul: when change and tears are past
All safe and blessèd we shall meet at last.

Be still, my soul: begin the song of praise
On earth, believing, to Thy Lord on high;
Acknowledge Him in all thy words and ways,
So shall He view thee with a well pleased eye.
Be still, my soul: the Sun of life divine
Through passing clouds shall but more brightly shine.

I cannot stomach contemporary Christian music.

For me the music must medieval or belong to the classics.

This one tears me up.

It says sing a NEW song to the Lord.

Those places that sing the same old hymns, over and over and over are going through the motions and may not know it. They are singing to sing, not singing in praise. it's "what we do" sing these hymns. Of course there are some who are sincere, nothing I say here will apply to all.

Then on the other side of the ball field, some of the new stuff, is so commercial, I question it's message.
THEN most of the rest of it, is riddled with pet phrases that have become cliches they are so over used and abused. They are used to much they have no meaning anymore.

So, my favorite music is that which I can tell is sincerely sang.

How's that for a screwed up answer?

I prefer Messianic Music like Ted Pearce

or old time gospel quartets like Statesman Quartet

or even Kirk Franklin or Carman

I btw cant stand most CCM music.

CCM music sounds too much like Jesus is my bearded girlfriend music than actually christian music most of the time.

That and most CCM music dont seem to have much substance. sounds too commercial and packaged music other than spirtual or organic

For worship / praise music, nothing is more beautiful than singing only with voices.. There is no focus on any particular group of individuals or particular talents, but only on the message in the heart toward God. Less of a focus on the particulars and performance and more of a focus on the heart of the message.

Pretty much, traditional Anglican hymnody is matchless. Hey, I play the drums and am all about rock and jazz, but contemporary and praise music is just vomit-inducing. Bad music, bad lyrics, bad all around.
