What about this verse.

and if indeed the house be worthy, let YOUR peace come upon it; and if it be not worthy, let your peace turn back to you.
Thank you.

Separation from God mentality is the reason we stumble at what I said in the OP. If the usual suspects protesting at what I said in the OP,Re read what I said, they would see that I was not saying that peace is the only thing we freely give of having freely received. In saying that peace disarms resistance and opens the way for Light of the glorious gospel of peace to shine through. Jesus said we are the Light of the world, I wonder how many would have protested and shown Jesus in the bible where it says only God is the only Light and God not us as Light to give.

It's a pleasure Heartsong. If we are not what God is, our religion is worthless.

BE ye merciful, even as your Father is merciful.

"Love one another as I have loved you." The riches that await us in heaven are so far beyond what we could possibly earn and are truly outfitted for each person. It would be a tragedy to disrupt your own or someone else's march toward God over a silly pebble along the path. Why hold on to some hate of one that has wronged you. Look for the good and cultivate that. Even then, in our own imperfect way, we will likely create havoc for one another, thus its important to be slow to anger and quick to forgive. We each have a path to follow.

Godspeed all.
