Careful, if certain people heard you use "karma" in a Christian forum they would crucify you. Don't you know that word is of the devil and "New Age" satanic stuff???

Wouldn't you be wiser to discontinue with participating in discussions with said people? Seems to be the smarter choice than having to medicate. Why the self-torture?

Yes, I meditate daily by saying the rosary. It is prayer combined with meditation on Christ's life and the virtues one is striving to imitate and obtain. It is very calming and helps one to be a better Christian. Here is a link about it: www.how-to-pray-the-rosary-everyday.com/

I mistook mediate for medicate. Just a little stab at humor, saved. I mean, how boring would life be if there weren't Fundamentalists going around saying, "We're saved, but the rest of you jokers are going to hell to burn for all eternity!"

Psalm 104:34. My meditation of him shall be sweet. It is a very scriptural thing to do.

Paul also said......Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever wins respect, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovable, whatever is of good repute--if there is any virtue or anything deemed worthy of praise--cherish the thought of these things.

What we continually look to and dwell upon, I'm certain forms who we are and puts us in the right spirit to pray effectively.

Do any of you Meditate? If so how and why?
Please define what you mean by meditation.

That's because karma is not a Christian concept. The essence of Christianity is that we get what we DON'T deserve--that being mercy.
