And Joseph Smith claimed all churches were apostate. He founded Mormonism after supposedly meeting with an angel. So why should I believe your's over his?

Since you always ask for a verse I will post before you ask:

Matthew 16:18
New International Version (NIV)

18 And I tell you that you are Peter,[a] and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades[b] will not overcome it.

I believe scripture. I look to it for my source of truth. But to those that don't...what answer do you have? Joseph Smith said the church did go apostate. If you believe anything over the Bible, you can't believe that the church was preserved.

I am not sure what you mean?

YOU are Sola Scriptura: All you need to know about God is there. But, there is nothing extra to add since the era of the Apostles.

Catholic Church = Scriptures, Sacred Oral Tradition, and the Holy Spirit that Guides the Church founded by Jesus. This system provides NEW revelations. That is why you say: "It is not in the Bible". Your revelations ended there.

Sure, why should you? On the other hand, several centuries before Joseph Smith ever came along, Martin Luther and the other Protestant Reformers claimed Roman Catholicism was apostate. Since you're a Protestant, maybe you can tell me why what's good for the goose is not good for the gander.

Some Protestants say the RCC is also apostate.

For the record I see the LDS as a beautiful religion. I see nothing wrong there.

I don't like to play the game. "My religion is better than yours." The is no such thing.

I get what you say....but in practice I've just not observed that to be true. The Catholic church teaches a lot of things that directly oppose scripture, but it claims tradition instead.

Actually, Luther wanted to reform the church--he didn't consider it to be apostate. I believe there have always been Christians on earth since the time of Christ. I believe Jesus when he said that hell would never prevail.

Oh, but you do. You quite often make posts about how the RCC (an oxymoron to call something "Roman CATHOLIC (UNIVERSAL)) is superior to protestants.

There is more than just the Bible. For example the Immaculate Conception. That came years after the NT.
