You sure about that advice?

Phil 3:18-19
18(For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ:
19 Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.)

Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; 2 Cor 13:5

Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: 1 John 4:1

Then shalt thou inquire, and make search, and ask diligently; Deut 13:14

Unfortunately the internet is also a tool used by Satan to spread cosmic doctrines. If a believer in Christ is not well grounded in Biblical truth he can be easily deceived by the lies which abound on the internet.
Could you explain what "cosmic doctrines" are?

They sound better than dogmatic ones.

The Internet Is Not The Bible! ..........

............. neither is people's gut,
............. neither is people's mind

People who accuse some of "worshipping the Bible" do so for one simple reason:
they worship themselves

The Bible, not the internet, is God's means of spreading what some refer to as "Christianized propoganda" (because it doesn't agree with their private theology). Nothing in scripture is hidden from those who are seeking and willing to hear God's truth.

.... So, everyone's 'gut feeling' (intuition, instinctive response, feeling, whatever) is actually the Holy Spirit??? -- In other words, 'If it feels right, do it'??? This is simply 'worldly philosophy' ... with the Holy Spirit thrown-in to make it sound more 'spiritual.' It certainly has no basis in scripture!

Unless we are in perfect fellowship we should not trust our 'gut'.

And after the earthquake a fire; but the Lord was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice. 1 Kings 19.

God shakes our beliefs and burns up all the pre conceived ideas and misconceptions we have of him, so that we hear the still small voice........ The gut feeling in our Innermost being.
