read online that TBN 's latest Beg-a-thon is next week with

Guillermo Maldonado

Steve Munsey

Mark Chironna

Jesse Duplantis

and other folks

(anyone else think TBN and DAYSTAR need to end the Beg-a-thons as many call them every year

considering most of those same folks mentioned and others on TBN are still living in multi-million dollar homes, private jets, private staff and lifestyles that even some Hollywood celebs dont live.

ENOUGH of the Beg-a-thons by the TBN and Daystar Prosperity "gospel" types

and anyone else think TBN and Daystar preachers need to stop asking for money

and start minimizing themselves (i.e. use some of their own questionable wealth to fund their own projects/ministries

instead of begging for money all the time.

I never watch any religious programming. The spiritual food I seek is not found there.

I dont know whether to be entertained by how foolish the pastors look hustling or be angry that they are exploiting people's situation to buy themselves new toys.

I actually did a sermon a couple weeks ago where I put a picture of Osteen's "church" on the screen. I read a review of the church by a "Jewish atheist" (his words) that said he liked it and was perfectly comfortable with the message preached. I said that if I ever preached a message that made such a person feel perfectly comfortable, they needed to boot me from the pulpit. Such a message is one that would not mention Jesus.

not surprised.

a lot of atheists and agnostics online have said Osteen is a PC pastor and they love him for not being very preachy or talk about JESUS much or at all.

and is worth mentioning since TBN is doing a Fleece-a-thon with Munsey next week:
