Isn't there a difference between the just and unjust, the righteous and the unrighteous, and the wicked ?
This is an excellent question. To a Christian fundamentalist, there is no difference between unjust, unrightious, and wicked. Anyone other than them are headed to eternal damnation in fire.
Say you have two people:
A.) A man who spent two-thirds of his life raping and murdering children. He goes to prison, and in his last 3 months of life before he's executed, he becomes a Christian and turns his life over to God
B.) A man who spends his entire life helping the community and underpriveledged children, and many other wonderful things, but never has a spiritual relationship with God.
Guess which one the fundie believes will be with them in Heaven.
As Psalm 92:7 mentions the future for the wicked is that the wicked will be annihilated forever.
Psa 92:7 The wicked bud like herbage, And all contrivers of lawlessness blossom, But only that they be exterminated until the future, (Concordant Literal Old Testament).

I've always loved that ancient, oh-so-subtle Chinese curse: May you live in interesting times.
I believe fundamentalists are going to have interesting deaths.

They merely become extinct and disappear, much the same way the pagan worshippers of the Gods and Goddesses in ancient Rome and Greece did in 380AD:
Zech. 13:1 In that day there shall be a fountain opened, (the New Testament i.e.; the holy comforter), to the house of David,(i.e.; Christianity), and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem,(those who say they are Jews but are not: [Rev 3:9]), for sin and for uncleanness.
Zech. 13:2 And it shall come to pass in that day, (380 AD, when Emperor Theodosius I enacted a law establishing Catholic Christianity as the official religion of the Roman Empire and ordering others to be called heretics), saith the LORD of hosts, that I will cut off the names of the idols out of the land, and (Paganism) shall no more be remembered: and also I will cause the prophets, (especially of Astrology), and the unclean spirit(of Libidinal sexual excesses) to pass out of the land.
(People who may disagree with the interpretation these verses are still stuck with the historical facts reported by using the scripture as the venue for saying is said here.)
The question is poorly phrased because it assumes there is such a thing as a completely wicked human being. There isn't. We all have wickedness and love within us. It is usually a matter of degree. All that we are in love will be saved but all that is wicked in us will be purged . . . refined out as dross in the consuming fire of God's pure love.

It will not be pardoned in this eon/age nor in the eon/age impending. Jesus said so. So the person will pay the penalty for the sin. When he has paid the full penalty he will be let loose. No pardon is needed then.

To quote a poster, PHazelwood, who I haven't seen in quite some time:
"Oh my , never be forgiven of blasphemy, but do you know why? Because to overlook blasphemy and forgive it would leave it uncorrected, unforgivness of that means a person will have to be dealt with over it, therefore unforgivness is actually a means to ensure salvation."
