How he worded it did not make sense to me. Especially putting "ignorance of ego" in parentheses right after "man's spirit". Man's "spirit" is PURE ego, imho.
Maybe I just read it wrong.
Or maybe he could have written it more clearly.

I think the parenthetical was meant to refer to the whole phrase preceding it: "Stones formed by man’s spirit".

What would be the point and why would I even want to do it, is my thinking. Peace

It would only be like that if you are a former Hindu.

As for having no firm stance on anything, what do you mean? What would you like me to be firmer about than I am?

It is not the big deal you are trying to make out of it. All it means is some of their hearts were not so hardened they could not be moved by His Spirit to be compliant. Peace

I see. So because you are a former Christian, you're here to try to do....what exactly?

Ok, well fun as this is, I've got Yom Kippur "stuff" to do today. Have a good day. Peace

I'm sorry, I don't think this is something I can puzzle through. Since I am not a former Hindu, it seems the rest of your post does not apply to me? You'll need to explain more clearly what you are trying to say to me if you wish for me to understand you.

No it does not say some did at all. I am not about them being grafted in, i am asking you is that which is written in the heart, living?. Yes or no.

Hey, thanks for asking.

First and foremost, I enjoy fellowship with many of the Christians here.
Second, Christianity is and always will be a huge part of my life, and I enjoy discussing it.

Why are you here?

ETA: Oh, well I see by your edit to your post you may not have actually been asking because you were interested in knowing why I'm here. Perhaps you were just deflecting from the discussion we were having.

Mans spirit ' is ego ' is a pretence that is entirely wrong. And stems from the father of lies, the enemy that planted while certain of the world forsook the diligent course.

Yeah, but the stones formed by man's spirit isn't ignorance of ego, it's pure ego. If he put "ego" in parentheses, it would have made sense.

yes?
