Iron on iron is for men... and not the faint of heart or those who can't take being held accountable.

It would be hard to know where to start.........

Let's just pick one question at random, shall we? What happens when those ultra liberal pastors ARE women? (Horrors! Liberals!! Imagine them becoming..... pastors!)

Well I think you need to reread your posts. It seems you have an ideal to what you think pastors should be and ruffle the feathers for those that do not live up to your ideal. My advice would to be give them more slack, considering the weight that's put on them that should never have been put on them in first place.

It's not my ideal... and I need no advise from you.

Read Gene Getz "Measure of a Man"
Ok, you lift up and bring down a pastor by Gene Getz's view of a pastor. The truth of the matter is a man's gift according to scripture makes way for him. To right, it is advice and faith IN scripture that you need.

Proverbs18:16

It's not G Getz's view it's a scriptural view, and it's very clear. Isn't love greater than knowledge? Doesn't the evil one have great knowldge? even of scripture? but he does not have love. Each person has gifts and they need discovery. Sometimes a person apart from other believers, like yourself, does not know their gift(s).

Do you attend church?

Its a scriptural view according to Mr Getz.

Do you attend church ? What is the motive behind this question ?.

Again... it's scriptural. 1 Tim 3

I do attend Church... and if our belief system is not tempered by other believers then our belief is a religion unto itself and is apart from accountability. We need other godly men. We must subject ourselves to accountability by other Christian's, as iron on iron.

You do need others... two are stronger than one and a cord of three strands....
