There may be things which you desire here on earth that you may miss in heaven as long as you would have any need for these things in heaven ......Then there are bad thing which you never want in heaven ......Then like a animal pet you would desire to go to heaven then you must pray the blood of Jesus over that animal many times before it passes from this world and expect God to collect the pet after it passes away, and the pet will be there in heaven .... Or it could be a favorite chair , as you would not what to got to heaven and stand there for ever ! ....Better pray hard for your chair !!!
I really don't understand what is so bad about desiring worldly things I have loved on Earth in Heaven.
IF you do to Heaven, you will NOT be in human form. You will be in spirit form.
You will have absolutely NO need for your possessions.
If someone taught you that your body will be going to Heaven, then it is time for you to find someone else to listen to.
I wouldn't worry about it, you will awake one day to realize that heavens belong to you and the earth is yours too and everything in it

Of course. Death and sorrow are passing away. The former things shall pass away. I think we are not able to contemplate being freed from mortality. It is a high thought. We are alive in the realm of death. And that is glorious. How much more glorious shall it be when we are delivered from the realm of death and mortality!
What is so bad about desiring worldly things in Heaven?
It isn't that it is so bad as it is inappropriate. IT is carnal-mindedness to be concerned about the things of this carnal world. But when you love it is a spiritual event and ALL such love events and objects WILL be with you. Everything that you have ever held in love within your consciousness will still be with you.

I have always believed that we're gonna be having bodies in Heaven instead of us being in spirit forms.
IT is a very prevalent carnal-minded belief. We are very attached to our bodies and invest our entire identity in them . . . wrongly.
I always thought that our new bodies won't ever decay or rot and that we'll be having strong, powerful bodies.
