Could it be that the author of the original article is simply a better writer than I am?

Hey, I appreciate that you are interested in hearing what I have to say on a given topic, but seriously, the Vatican is far above my pay grade...why not get the scoop directly from its documents rather than risk some mis-communication by my poor efforts?
In other words, you are merely explaining, defending or justifying your own thoughts?

True enough for this life. We are also facing judgment in the next.

I don't care how well you write.
Well, that makes things a bit easier. Still, after many years of online apologetics, I hope you won't mind if I err on the side of thoroughness for clarity's sake - even if that means providing excerpts from high-quality sources.

Precision is the stock in trade of the apologist.

I agree. It seems logical to me that whatever isn't healed in the here and now, will need healing in whatever comes after this life. Your bible states that God's judgments teach righteousness, so it's all good.

Feel free to be as precise as you can possibly be. If you do so in your own words, I'm more likely to pay attention.

Fair enough. Be forewarned though...sometimes I can be kinda wordy, but honestly, sometimes folks ask a short, simple question that can requires a ream of paper to answer well.

If I quote another source (ie, cut and paste) I will attribute with a link. Otherwise, assume that the material is my own work.

K?

I'm not promising to read a ream's worth.

This is a discussion board. Let's discuss.
