Explain to me the 8+feet human looking skeletons that archologist find to this day
The tallest man ever recorded was Robert Pershing Wadlow. He was 8'11" and still growing when he died from and infection in 1940. He was only 22 years old and still growing. So even if Goliath was 9 feet tall, that would hardly be unprecedented. Wadlow was just one inch short of 9 feet after all. Had he not died, at 22 who can say how tall Wadlow would have been?
And for all the physical limitations of being a giant man like that, people tend to be easily intimidated when somebody is that much bigger than everyone else. I expect that Goliath would have been less than 9 feet. Probably in the 8 foot range. And it doesn't take "angels mating with humans" or anything like that for a man to reach that height.
The only female in medical history to reach a verified eight feet or more.

So does it say in the bible that the angels mated with humans? because I was always under the impression from others as well this was the case.
The Bible hints at it with the word translated "sons of God". Also, the book of Jasher and the book of Enoch say it happened, and the Bible refers to both books. But like you implied, if it happened once, because of the flood it seems it had to happen again. Unless the genes were carried through the flood from a wife of one of Noah's sons.
