Many people living in US do not know Jesus, although they have had every opportunity to know Him.
I suppose you are asking if it is possible to live, and never even hear of Jesus.

So, even people in Amazon who have never heard of Jesus can see evidence of Him in nature. Will they embrace this unknown God, or will they choose evil? Everyone has God given conscience so we know what it right, and what is wrong. There were two kinds of Indians in the South American jungles, those who murdered people in evil worship of false gods, and those who lived peacefully in the nature. Movie "Apocalypto" demonstrates this difference very well.
Will God have mercy on those who embrace Him without knowing Him?
The Bible teaches there is a difference between those who know of Jesus, but reject Him anyway, and those who never heard of Him.
