Anyone throughout the earth can sin against God where all people have sinned and fell short of being in unity with God , and people living under the spiritual authority of world spirits not of God .................People need to turn to Lord Jesus and repent of sin and be baptized as to prove one is interested and trying to be one with Jesus by resisting sin , as the scriptures says `be baptized and sin no more `................ But Christians who have the grace to be cleansed of sin everyday can still go and sin , where Christians can repent and command cleansing on their life and then Jesus will forgive them and never remember the sin again .................You look at nations which are in rebellion and civil wars and people are killing their neighbors and these nation are demolishing the homes and cities where sin is overtaken them where whole life times will be a destroyed for survivors , see this is sin which has transgressed beyond measure and people don`t go to church or were baptized to Christ

as long as one is in the flesh, one is subject to sin. but after coming to Christ, one learns not to sins as much. one shouldn't be sinning as much, (we're new born babies). but our Lord Jesus made provision in the new covenant to forgive sins as he have always. 1 John 2:1 "My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous”. and this is what Christians should do if we sin. 1 John 1:7 "But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us".

be blessed.

Strange question (as are several you have posted) -- It's not clear what you are really trying to find out, so let's get to the heart of the matter of 'sin' and its consequences and resolution:

1). ALL have sinned and come short of the glory of God. (Rom 3:23)
2). The wages of sin are death, but, the gift of God is eternal life. (Rom 6:23)
3). God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son (Jesus), that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but, have everlasting life. (John 3:16)
4). Whoever believes in Him is not condemned, but, whoever does not believe is condemned already because he has not believed on the name of the only begotten son of God. (John 3:18)
5). ...Confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved (Rom 10:19)

There is no identifiable relationship between 'SIN' and baptism or church. As expressed in the parable of the 'Wheat and the Tares', many in church are only going through the motions and will ultimately be exposed and uprooted(Matt. 13). Similarly, baptism is an 'ACT' of obedience, but, can likewise, only be a process of getting 'wet.'

God knows the difference between what is going on in one's heart, and the appearance of one's flesh. If you truly wish to deal with the 'sin' in your own life, confess it before God and repent. Then entrust your heart and life into the faithful, loving care of the one and only Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Sounds like a good portion of folks in this forum. They proudly state they don't have religion and do not go to church. They are ultimate Sola Scriptura.

Sin has nothing to do with church rituals or church attendance!

There is but one mediator between men and God, the Lord Jesus. When you place someone, or an organization, between you and God, you can only learn from them to the degree that they have learned, and you also open yourself to their errors. God is infinite in everything, so why not allow Him to teach you? In this way, the errors of men come to the light, and God also will show you through His Spirit where sin is in your life.
