I'm having a TON of fun.

The religion threads on C-D are like falling down a hole and finding a giant cookie. One bite and Johnny Depp, at his most loopy, appears to explain everything.

I am curious to hear from those who votes "People can choose to not die" if they know anyone who has decided to never die.

Do you see what Jesus is saying here ? I have bolded it to help you possibly comprehend it.

Death came as a result/consequence of Adam & Eve sinning. As long as they were obedient to the laws/rules God set before them, they could enjoy what i think heaven is like. but they chose to do their own thing and then they have consequences that we endure today.

Yes, I agree we must die because of sin. God said that would be the consequence of sin, but men sinned anyway, so we are paying the price. God cannot lie. The Bible says all things are possible, but one must understand that God will not sin, and therefore lying would be impossible. Death penalty might sound harsh, but it is what it is. It is justice.

what about those whose sins are forgiven, do they need to die also?
