Does he agree with it? .. Does he speak on the scriptures about it during Sunday Service?..

Where does YOUR Pastor stand on this issue? How does he validate his stance?

An if you are a Pastor/Preacher feel free to chime in on your feelings/thoughts about this

It doesn't matter what the "Pastor" says if it disagrees with what GOD has said...

Matthew 19:3-9

3 The Pharisees also came unto him, tempting him, and saying unto him, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife for every cause?
4 And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female,
5 And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?
6 Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.
7 They say unto him, Why did Moses then command to give a writing of divorcement, and to put her away?
8 He saith unto them, Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives: but from the beginning it was not so.
9 And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery.

Yes God DID command that if a Man was to lie with another Man (ie not a woman.. in marriage of course) BOTH would be put to DEATH.

Leviticus 20:13
If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

This was under Judeo Law, which we are not under in this present age, but God does not change and this behavior is clearly marked as an abominable shameful thing to engage in.

Biology teaches us it is supposed to be a MALE with a FEMALE, and this is exactly what God says about it in His Word.

My Pastor preaches/teaches the Word of God which states exactly what was posted.

I am wrapping up Acts this Sunday. I've spent the better part of the last year or so in Acts going verse by verse. At the conclusion of Sunday morning, the congregation will have heard me read every single verse in the book during the course of my Sunday morning sermons. Next I'm preaching through Judges. If it comes up in the text, I cover it. I say it's a sin--what the Bible says about it. I don't go looking for a topic to cover on a particular Sunday and try to include it when it's not relevant, though.

I am my own Pastor and have no problems with homosexuals.

My pastor is pretty ignorant on the subject.

My priest did a Lenten series last year on why the church has historically used scripture to oppress gay people and why he believes such oppression is unChristian.

The week after Easter he performed a blessing of the union of our church secretary and his partner. Afterwards the couple threw a reception in the church basement.

Homosexuality: What does YOUR Pastor say about it?

Great but do you have an entire sermon on the issue? Pastors skim over scriptures all the time without fully discussing them so a homosexual in your congregation might not get the gist of the scripture until you go into detail about it. Have you gone into detail about homosexuality in your church yet? if not, why not?

I understand most are poseurs but have never met one. I'll keep an open mind until/if I do.
