TV watching is not a sin. but if that's ALL you did, then it was a sin. at least you went to the church house, but what scriptures were discussed is my question? hopefully it wasn't Easter again.

No it wasn't. In Sunday school we are in the book of 1 Peter. We began in Genesis and will eventually get through Revelation. In morning church services, the pastor spoke about the woman with the blood issue and how her faith allowed her to be healed just by touching Christ's robe. In evening services, the pastor spoke on baptism by the Holy Spirit.

I dont think anyone can keep the Sabbath, per what the bible commands.
-No work
-No purchases
-Turn from your own pleasures (No fun anything that doesnt relate to God)
-Dont travel too far

People still cant even agree on when the Sabbath begins (Friday @ sunset vs Saturday @ sunrise)
