You know, if you actually look up the verb "hates" in the NASB, you will find much more often people hating God.
To that end...
Deuteronomy 7:9-10 - "Know therefore that the LORD your God, He is God, the faithful God, who keeps His covenant and His lovingkindness to a thousandth generation with those who love Him and keep His commandments; but repays those who hate Him to their faces, to destroy them; He will not delay with him who hates Him, He will repay him to his face.
Now to him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.
Perhaps the most profound scripture in the New Testament. No wonder we stand in need of the renewing of our minds -- and all the more with all the horrible traditions of men being slung about in an attempt to tear down the body of Christ. I have wondered so many times why this forum attracts teachers who have no interest in the building up of the body of Christ and the edification of the saints. Maybe it is just easier to appease one's ego rather than to walk in true love. But the satisfaction of the natural man never brings the joy of the Lord that is our strength. And so some shall be ever learning and never able to come to the knowledge (understanding) of the truth. (

The scriptures sound right on target as My Pastor does believe , as this is for those who are called by God with Jesus anointing , and go to the missions field , as the river of God grows and the power of Christ grows beyond all measure for those who go , and it is a unselfishness in ministries that the power of Christ will grow beyond all that we ask and think..................See there is a river of God for those who are obedient to the calling of God , as the power will be small in the local church where the minister , works in Christ for the people who go to His church ,...............but when the minister goes and minister to the church down the road , the power of Christ will grow and the move of God will grow where more people can be healed and delivered , and prophecies for ministry can develop .................. Then when the minister goes even farther like to Africa or India , then the power of God can grow beyond measure and people can be healed raised from the dead and sight to the blind , and hearing to the deaf , and healing if disease like cancer and aids healed ,...See this is what Paul was talking about as He was on a mission and it was always unselfish ............. See this river of God revelation come from Ezekiel 47; 1-12................... Where many missionaries who come from a home church will see a lot more power of life from God when they go out ....
Now to him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, IF IT BE HIS WILL according to the power that worketh in us.
This is how most of us nullify such a wonderfully loaded verse of scripture.
