People need to respect the dignity of life, all life. We cannot overrule God who knows all.

But when a person kills himself we give God no chance to do the miracles in our lives. Jesus could not have healed him if the leper had killed himself.

Then, you're admitting it's possible that God purposely gives children cancer?

How or why are they different?
It's also a well known tactic for the prudent to avoid responding to those not interested in hearing and or knowing when to stand back and let the hubris wade in their folly.
