Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith; test yourselves. Do you not realize that Christ Jesus is in you--unless, of course, you fail the test? 2 Corinthians 13:5

Something most christians if they are honest don't know and at the same time are also aghast at the thought that Jesus Christ is in all, not going to be in all, but actually is in all. The receiving is nothing more than being consciously aware of it.

Paul asked a question, where we seek God reveals where we believe Jesus Christ is. Christ in us is the great mystery.

It makes sense doesn't to seek and realize that Jesus Christ is in us.

Your personal view contradicts the Bible.

Please refrain from trying to push universalism on this thread. Open another thread if you want to discuss it.

At a guess i would say at least 99% of universalists do not believe what i just posted. Rather than saying it contradicts the bible, explain where and how it does. The truth is it contradicts what you believe and have been taught. Explain how the spirit got inside of you too while you are at it.

Why did Paul ask "Did you receive the Holy Spirit" if all people have the Spirit?

Why does the book of Romans say " if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, they do not belong to Christ.", if all people have the Spirit?

Why does the Bible say "When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit" if all people had the Spirit before their believed?

Why does the Bible say "He set his seal of ownership on us, and put his Spirit in our hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come", if all people have the Spirit before they believed?

Why does the Bible say "this He spoke of the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were to receive" if everyone already has the Spirit?

Why did Paul ask christians " do you not know that Jesus Christ is in you" ?, why did he say we have failed the test if we don't know this?.

Receiving is nothing more than seeing what is already there, many saw Jesus Christ the man, few saw God the Father when they beheld the man Jesus Christ, them that did were and are the ones receiving him and are sealed. When we understand and know that Jesus Christ is in us, we are sealed, sealed as in nothing will convince us otherwise. Folk are waking up to not only who Jesus Christ is but also where he is, we have failed the test if we do not know where he is.

You avoided addressing the verses. Like I said, your personal / universalist beliefs contradict what the Bible teaches, and you just proved it.

Totally not true. Jesus went to gentiles to show the Jews that everybody is indwelled by the holy spirit because a human cannot be otherwise. Jesus taught that the light, shines on us all because it shines from within each of us. Yeah, sure, the intensity is different, but it has nothing to do with religion.

I did, but you are not open to anything other than your own beliefs., quoting bible verses doesn't mean you have answered anything.Leave universalism out of it, i have already explained to you that the probability of universalists accepting what i am saying is very small.
