Apparently you have not read the legal documents and the ruling. You should read it.

No.

Discrimination never runs its course unless it is eliminated. LGBTQ continue to be discriminated against by the fundamentalist agenda.

Try reading the court documents. The baker ADMITTED all of it, in court. The baker was also all over the "family values" circuit crying about being persecuted.

I actually read the court documents.

I think about that sometimes. He'd been disowned by his fundamentalist parents because they saw him as a sinner, but was totally accepted and loved by nuns who saw him as a much-loved child of God.
NuNS ON THE BUS... I love those women...

Bovine excrement.

95% of Christians are fine, moral, good-hearted people.

And then there's the fundavangelists....

That is what was reported in the judgement and testimony given at the hearing by the two women and the baker. In the testimony the woman claimed that her complaint to the board was made on her cell phone and she did not see the option to not include her name on the complaint as she never wanted her name on it and wanted no publicity. The baker posted the complaint, including her name, on his Facebook account. This is all according to the testimonies given by all parties and none of this testimony was contested by the other party. That he went on Christian media outlets telling his story and that the women refused to comment in public is all public record if you search the news outlets.

I realize that as a Christian you wish to believe the side of the Christian and give him the benefit of the doubt and think that the other side is wrong but the actual documents and judgement are all on line for anyone to read and the baker did just as was stated and the women did not public. It was the mother that the baker told that her children were abominations after she had returned to the bakery to talk to him and told him that she used to think just like he does until her children told her they were homosexuals.

Please read the documents and judgement for yourself so that you can decide for yourself instead of either taking our word for it or beleiving that the baker did not do that because he is a Christian. An informed decision is always the best one.

Oh give me a break, Fin. The very fact that you defended Twin in his cold, unempathetic comments to dewdropinn on a very sensitive issue shows you are no better which is sad because I expected more from you. Some of those comments were much further than I would go ( mostly the ones I didn't say) but not all of them were uncalled for. You guys are throwing your own brand of "cess" into this "pool." How about substituting the cess for humbleness for a change?

Are you better? Apparently not, since you keep attacking others and slinging weird accusations at them. You demand humbleness from others but you refuse to be humble yourself.

As for Dews comments, I don't bother reading them. She is another well known mud-slinger and I won't waste my time reading her negativity.

So you admit, like other fundies, you argue from ignorance.

A rare display of honesty! Well done!

I frequently charge fundamentalists with a sincere lack of desire to learn anything new.

You've made my point.
