Since many Christians see the law as bondage, they are going to be very upset during the 1000 yr millennium with Christ where they have to follow the law.
Micah 4:2 (NKJV)
2 Many nations shall come and say,
“Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord,
To the house of the God of Jacob;
He will teach us His ways,
And we shall walk in His paths.”
For out of Zion the law shall go forth,
And the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.
No. Christians will be in the heavenly realms while the 1000 year kingdom is taking place on the earth.
We are not under law but under grace, presently.
In the future, when believers are with Christ among the celestials, we won't even need grace because at that point in time we will be immortal and incorruptible and just like Christ with God's love ruling our hearts.

The reason Christians see it as bondage is because of their sinful nature. Once the sinful nature is gone, things change.

No, that isn't the reason. It is bondage because it is just form and can't address the real issues of community. Law is inherently flawed and often fails to meet changing conditions.

Sin, sin, sin . . . what is it about "God is NOT counting our sins against us" that you do NOT understand????

Laws are specific prohibitions that are used to promote the underlying principle they are based on. They are stop-gap measures designed to foster the underlying principle . . . not goals in themselves. In secular law, they are boundary limits to our social interactions. God has no interest in a bunch of obedient pets. God wants His children to mature and understand the principle the laws were designed to foster . . . agape love.
Most of us including me have been so badly taught and misled on the law it's no wonder confusion is everywhere, with law and grace being mixed willy nilly and made of no effect. LAW and GRACE never mix, they cancel each other out. There is nothing wrong with the law, read it in the book, the problem is with MAN who cannot keep it. The list of those who have kept the law perfectly is one name long. We are supposed to be bright enough to figure out we can't keep the law, but most never do because of all the wannabe "Tony Robbins" would be evangelists egging the world on to just try harder and you will win some day .........maybe. And while this goes on, the devil sits and sneers knowing every one of those trying and failing to keep the law will belong with him sometime. Law does only one thing it condemns. It is highly useful if used correctly, to utterly convince sinners they need a merciful Savior and His name is Jesus and He died in your place to pay for those sins. But "christianity" doesn't do that.........we break out the pom poms and cheer the dead to hit that brick wall and spend eternity separated from God and wondering why bad things happen to "good" people.
As for the millenium there is no burden for those in Christ........we who are His children.......we will love to respect every wish and command He has out of LOVE for what HE has already done on that cross for us 2,000 years ago. He will deserve every ounce of praise and adoration we can heap on Him and we will gladly do it for eternity, beginning in the first 1,000 year warm up. Our minds can't imagine the glory we will be surrounded by in that new refurbished earth and the even better earth and heavens to come.........
