43. For there is no good tree that bringeth forth corrupt fruit; nor again a corrupt tree that bringeth forth good fruit.
44. For each tree is known by its own fruit. For of thorns men do not gather figs, nor of a bramble bush gather they grapes.
45. The good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and the evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth that which is evil: for out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh. (Luke 6:43-45)

If only god is good as Jesus stated then a good man must be a god.
This is why "it is impossible for man to be saved but everything is possible for god".

Exactly right.
Catholicism( tree trunk) = 2Thess 2:3---- 33,000 trinity religions( branches)= a divided house-they will not stand-Mark 3:24-26
That is terrible exegesis. If you compare it with it's parallel texts in Matthew 7 15-20 you know he's talking about false prophets. I don't know where you get this "good men are gods" nonsense.
A god complex is an unshakable belief characterized by consistently inflated feelings of personal ability, privilege, or infallibility.

A metaphor is a figure of speech that identifies something as being the same, as some unrelated thing for rhetorical effect, thus highlighting the similarities between the two. But what amazes me, are people who believe they speak for that of another.

While that is true, especially for the Circumcision Jews, there were many problems in the early gentile churches Paul had to address. Even though some of these early gentile Christians were exhibiting many fruits of the flesh, they were still saved. We are saved by grace no matter if our works are good or bad. Sure, I'd rather they all be good but that won't happen until we put on immortality and incorruption.
