First of all, both God and Lord are just titles and Not names.
God's personal name is connected to what is called the Tetragrammaton (YHWH)
Jesus did Not send himself to earth - God (YHWH) sent Jesus to earth.
Jesus did Not resurrect himself. God resurrected Jesus - Acts 2:27; 3:15; 13:30,37.
Double talk meaning politicians. We also find it in religions. I don't think you can get away from dualism in its many different forms. Could be reflection of God's character? I have no Bible references for that, just a lot inferences. Unfortunately, the historical record about the NT gospels is muddy waters, we have several decades of rumors and story telling. It's very possible the followers of Jesus never understood, or refused to see Jesus as God or a duality. There is historical data from prior gospels whereby Jesus spoke of himself as two beings, later translated as father and son. Identifying Jesus as the son of God resolved mysteries about him. Even today, it is difficult to see God as a duality because of human bias. God is viewed as a father figure, and fathers are not dualities. Also, the idea of God sacrificing his son for humankind is far too romantic to ignore. Without the son of God idea, Christianity would have disappeared into the dust bowl of history.
