I know very well why I - at 18 in 1969 - was interested in visiting a strip club.
I don't understand why - since porn lurks around every internet corner these days - 17-year-olds want to bother. You can get lessons in basic female anatomy for free in the privacy of your bedroom.

You are old, very old. But I also turned 18 in 69.
Thinking over the OP if your intention is to go to one just to see what it is like because of your dad's history or just to be able to say you did and consider yourself an adult I would think it is not a big deal. If you are looking forward all that time just to gawk at naked women not such a good thing to do. But take my words with a grain of salt as I am not a Christian so do not believe in the concept of sin.
Canada did not fight in the Vietnam War and diplomatically it was "officially non-belligerent". The country's troop deployments to Vietnam were limited to a small number of national forces in 1973 to help enforce the Paris Peace Accords. Nevertheless, the war had considerable effects on Canada, while Canada and Canadians affected the war, in return. - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canada...he_Vietnam_War
Are you implying one needs a bible to know right from wrong?
Absolutely not. The thread was started in the Christianity forum, and several people adamantly opined that going to a strip club was a sin, and, since sin is a religious concept, I thought it was on topic to question the source for that opinion.
People of many religions (and people of no religion at all) lead perfectly normal and moral lives without ever referring to a Bible for guidance, so, obviously, it is not necessary to have a Bible to know right from wrong.
(There are people who believe that, without a Bible, there can be no morality, but I think the evidence disputes that.)
