In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Since there was NO written word, Jesus was the word?

yeah, a brain that never grew up for any number of reasons. Fundy/milliez remind me of an adolescent brain trapped in a mans body.

Really? You've never heard a doctor say what will happen if a person eats bacon sandwiches at every meal?

People do not always want to hear the truth, and they can be offended by it, but withholding the truth, or modifying it to sound more pleasing is far more damaging than the truth itself.

I do not take my doctors advice at face value either. I question. I research.

This is my body. My responsibility. My life. The Dr simply makes recommendations. They teach me, and I teach them.

Can fundamentalism be defined?

Yes.

Fundamentalism -

1. It is a term of division used by those without a relationship with Christ to define those who have a personal relationship with Christ.

2. It is a strategy used by Satan to get people who have a relationship with Christ to turn away from Christ and towards the wisdom of the world.

That's about as direct as I can get.
