That is your path. You keep missing some mark. You are not honest with yourself. You have a condition. And now your are worried about my time. How sweet.
I hear Trout has cookies. I can smell them. I will dream of cookies tonight. Thank you Trout. Good night jimmie. I will catch you again. I hope you dream of warm chocolate chip cookies.
"The statistics surrounding pornography are staggering. According to Covenant Eyes, an Internet anti-pornography filtering and accountability program, there have been more than 1.8 billion online searches for pornography since the start of 2015. One in five mobile searches is for pornography, which generates $13 billion in revenue each year."
Scripture tells us the obvious. All are sinners. That you deny that does not surprise me.
It also tells us the obvious answer too.. We are declared righteous, you don't believe this...... your confession is I AM a sinner(like all fundamentalists confess), if you believe you were righteous you would act righteously and you most certainly would not call God's workmanship sinful.
In him we are the righteousness of God and as we abide in him we will act righteously. In him has got nothing to do with being protected against the consequences, of our thoughts, words and deeds. For we all reap what we sow.
In him is found our true identity, you haven't seen this yet, because your confession says other wise.
As a man thinks in his heart so is he.......... The man who believes in his heart he is a sinner acts sinfully.
It is not a burden to be a redeemed sinner. Rather, is is freedom from guilt and a path toward spiritual maturity.
Exactly.
Some things we all do, - eat, sleep, breath, go to the bathroom and sin.
But Christ won't count our sins against us. We strive to be good, but admit we can never be perfectly sinless. When we slip, we repent and get back on the path.
Some people say they do not need a savior because they are not guilty. They say they do not sin, and therefore have nothing to be forgiven. One of the current presidential candidates said that. To them it is offensive to hear they need a savior. I used to be that way. I even started a thread about it (Why does the truth offend). It's like an alcoholic who denies having a problem. The first step to solving a problem is to recognize there is a problem.

Well we just can't keep living in our sin when we have confessed to the Lord with a change of mind and heart. It doesn't work that way if we expect to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. When we become Christians we are sanctified from others we no longer want to sin but rather to serve God, however there are temptations and forces out there that can lure one back to that ugly sin once played upon or something else. We have to stay strong and surround ourselves with a wall of believers and stay in the word. This is why it is important to congregate with others as much as possible during the week or stay in touch.
Sinning is going 5 miles per hour over the speed limit, using God's name in vain, adultery and murder. Here on Earth sin has its price tag, when we die we will be judged by God. Yes we are all sinners who need a Savior. We have all fallen short of the glory of God. We have all sinned at one time or another, but need to get out of that downward spiral and repent and have a change of heart. If one says that one is without sin they are a liar as that is in the bible.

Sinning is a concept designed to control us and limit our choices. According to the war-god-in-the-tiny-box-drinking-from-the-red-solo-cup EVERYTHING IS SIN..that being the case, let's enjoy LIFE and repent later...
Seriously. if all we see is sin, if all we think is sin, if all we do is sin, what the hell use is living????
I am always honest jimmie. Good morning Your path is foreign to me. It is your burden
Me? I am dancing knowing you, and Finn, and Perry, are so wrapped up with your punishment, reward, redemption model. It keeps you on the straight and narrow so to speak. It keeps me safe and the rest of the community safe.
You would be out of control causing mayhem if this were not true.
Perry is going to hell for going five miles above the speed limit. Poor Perry.
However, knowing this is a sin keeps the rest of us safe. Without that limit, who knows how fast Perry would drive.
Perry, believing God will bring out the list of times he as gone over the speed limit, keeps us safe. Without that structure, who knows what mayhem he would cause on the road.
That is your path. All of you are afraid of going to hell for going five miles above the speed limit.
I do not have the same path jimmie. You, Finn, and Perry are twisting yourselves in knots to prove I sin.
You are patting each other on the virtual back over me. Yet, you fail miserably. It is your arrogance.

Christian men would be able to put an entire industry out of business if they stopped using these services.
It would be so wonderful if they did this one thing. It would change the world.

No. Go back and read post #386. I understand redemption and imputed righteousness. A Christian is a person who has understood his sinfulness and turned to Christ. He is a new man, no longer under the penalty or guilt of sin.

I see you. God sees you.
Yea, at least 6mph over unless I was in Lawtey, the speed trap capital of Florida
