Has it never occurred to you that it's weird that you hold to a position that is contrary to what Christianity has taught for 2000 years?
As it ever occurred to you that much of what you believe is pagan and not scriptural?.
Did you know the scriptures( the Old Testament or whatever Richard 1965 calls it) do not mention it. You know, the same scriptures that the Bereans searched. Try telling a Berean about eternal torment and he would never believe it.. why ? Because it is not in the scriptures they loved searching.
But the bible says he did........ Hang on it doesn't. You have to hand it to Viz though, he knows the bible does not mention a creation of eternal torment, but he still had a crack at it
I know it is difficult if you are not a bible fundamentalist not to respond to such a question, but could it be possible to give them floor to explain it..... Well at least for a few hours. Hopefully they can provide scriptures for it too.
