I have no problem with those who hold such positions but put their own lives on the line by adopting a minority or disabled child. And, incidentally, the couples, percentage wise, most likely to adopt a disabled child are homosexual couples who have up until very recently been squeezed out of adopting "normal" children.

But the fact that conservative Christians consistently vote for politicians who favor cutting back on school lunches for poor kids says much about the depth of their so-called commitment for "life." It's necessary to keep every child alive, just not necessary to give them any quality in that life.

Yes, we certainly understand your "pure" motivation. When someone ELSE pays the price for your decisions about their reproduction---that's fine. But if you had to pay higher taxes to support the extra 20 million people who would be alive today---that's downright ungodly.

The majority of abortions according to a one year study in 2000-2001:
"Women who are aged 18-29, unmarried, black or Hispanic, or economically disadvantaged—including those on Medicaid—have higher abortion rates."

"A disproportionately high number are black or Hispanic. And regardless of race, high abortion rates are linked to hard times."
NBC News--Whose Getting Abortions? It's Not Who You Think (2008)

So be self righteous all you wish and vote for those candidates who oppose Bernie Sanders' suggestion that we have a $15.00 per hour minimum wage. We could have fewer abortions if so-called Christians did more in the way of leveling the great gap between the wealthiest 20% of Americans and the poorest 20%.

Controlling other people's lives is the real conservative Christian agenda--and it shows up every two years at election time. Just don't try to fool us that it comes from God. We got your number on that one.

Some need to study up on contemporary American Literature and know their John Saul...

PLOT----

After a young girl is murdered one hundred years earlier in Port Arbello prior to the beginning of the novel, the one responsible comes back and begins taking out more children, one by one. As people scramble to find the culprit, everyone comes to a shocking realization that an evil history is repeating itself.

It doesn't matter where they spend their future earnings. As long as a portion goes to some Christian ministry it's all good, right?
So, you just made that up. Nice.

I doubt if FG is expecting anything from the children that were helped by Samaritan's Purse.

Right. But that one trips us all up from time to time, huh? It's best to just be with people where they are, let God handle all the other stuff. If there is any other stuff.

He is not evil because he does not support any particular cause(s), he is evil because he has perverted the scriptures (even his daddy is ashamed) for personal gain and he publicly calls for oppression and discrimination against God's children who are "different" from him--(hint: those who are not of the right culture)

What does that mean... "let God handle all of the other stuff"?

Those of us that don't appreciate the Girl Scouts think it's the leaders of the organization that are hurting the children and we don't want to be a part of it.
So they don't have the right to criticize? No first amendment for these folks!

I'm sorry...but you've given no proof of that. He has dared to criticize the Girl Scouts because they teach that homosexuality is good. If you're going to hold to that standard, you ought to condemn every single preacher in America that actually teaches the Bible.
