I only let repentant Christians teach Sunday School in my church, sorry. I would also deny the adulterer, or drunkard from teaching.

There are LGBT folks who are christian..or is it a mater of HATE the PERSON as well as the "behavior?"
What is the litmus test for each? Or does God send it Western Union?

Perhaps there is chapter and verse that NAMES those who are "unclean" to serve?

Did Jesus go through the crowd and vett them before he broke bread and gave the fishes out?

Are you asking prospective Sunday School teachers about their sex lives?

Jesus made wine for a party. Apparently he didn't get the memo about "drunkards".

There is no scriptural prohibition from drinking alcohol. There is also no indication that Jesus facilitated them becoming drunk.

You skipped a question. Again. Are you asking people about their sex lives? How about the drunkards? Are you interviewing prospective teachers and asking, "How many beers did you knock back during the Super Bowl"?

Or are you listening to gossip and basing your decision on what you heard at the feed store?

Public sin should not be tolerated, especially by church leadership.

Right. Like their church leadership, they should sin in private.
