What is the litmus test for each? Or does God send it Western Union?

Perhaps there is chapter and verse that NAMES those who are "unclean" to serve?

Did Jesus go through the crowd and vett them before he broke bread and gave the fishes out?

There is no scriptural prohibition from drinking alcohol. There is also no indication that Jesus facilitated them becoming drunk.
