''Wrong. It is along the lines of " we exist, the universe exists, its attributes meet the minimum descriptions of a God, so God exists " ''
All OPINIONS. No one here has ANY established authority to express anything that is NOT their opinion. We all have different degrees of supportive evidence and rationale for our opinions, but they remain OPINIONS.

Hopefully, some people do learn. It seems that most are preoccupied with being "right". Also, some just want to make fun of Christianity- which says a lot about them.

Go look in a mirror. You'll be REALLY entertained.

If most people would read the bible in PROPER CONTEXT and start from beginning to the end, it would be way less battles on here from people who see 1 verse and start a doctrine on it, after disregarding the 5-10 verses before it and then 10-20 verses after it to get a actual context of what the discussion was at that point.

Starting in the book of John or saying I dont care what the 1st 66% of the book said, ill just go from there, is what leads to many misunderstandings and taking so much out of context as well.

But many seem to be questioning what their denominations have taught them, after reading the bible for themselves and that is where many questions seem to come from as well.

True, but opinions can be expressed either civilly or not.

There is nothing remotely uncivil about having strong opinions and expressing them forcefully. Remember "generation of vipers," etc.???(Matt 3:7; Matt 12:34; Matt 23:33; Luke 3:7)

Different strokes for different folks, I guess.

One good way to determine a situation/get to it's core, is to closely monitor it's lowest common denominators.

I hope so, it's a debate forum. There is no such thing as their version of Christianity so that would be futile.

It's not a debate forum, it's suppose to be a relocation forum.
Some people like to label it a debate forum because they are debaters but that's not how this particular website markets itself.
