Not only that being about Babies, these scriptures also speak in reference too, that every person born are without the excuse that they never knew nor heard about God .
They are proof ppl will and have witness there is a God and that through Him the truth of salvation through Jesus Christ .
I always hear in this forum many times that not all ppl's will know God before they die. Not true, for the scripture is the witness they will and have !!

"Knew" and "heard about" are to different things, though. A person can have an inborn sense of the existence of a Higher Power, but if he is never told about God or that God's son was sent to earth to atone for his sins, he's not going to automatically just "know" these things. If he did, there would have been no reason for Jesus to commission His Apostles to spread His gospel throughout the world.
Wow, how do you know ? that is how God deals with ppl in this world and especially in the last days of their lives ? in what and how He reveals to them His will in those last moments ? The scripture says they know, read Romans 1, the book of Acts 17, etc. study it and I know He'll reveal to you this truth ! Doubting in what God can do, well, for me, I serve the God of the impossible and especially to the things that the human mind has a problem comprehending in what God can do or not do, it's called faith .
Remember He says, “ For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” declares the Lord."
I believe what He has revealed to us in His written word,...“So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. " Luke 11:9 . Because of inherited imperfection from father Adam a babies leanings will grow toward wrongdoing.
As Romans 6:7 says the dead are freed or acquitted from sin. Not meaning now innocent but as a governor can pardon a person so the crime charges No longer stick, Jesus can pardon a person so the sin charges No longer stick.
However No, like righteous Jesus, at death dead babies go to biblical hell ( grave )
The day Jesus died Jesus went to: hell - Acts 2:27; Psalm 16:10
Jesus did Not teach being awake at death but the dead being in an unconscious state like sleep - John 11:11-14
Jesus was well educated in the old Hebrew Scriptures which also teach ' sleep in death ':
- Psalms 6:5; 13:3; 115:17; 146:4; Daniel 12:2,13; Ecclesiastes 9:5
So, dead babies sleep in death ( R.I.P.) until a future resurrection - Acts 24:15 - during Jesus' 1,000-year rule over earth.
Dead babies can have a happy-and-healthy 'physical resurrection ' back to human life on earth during Jesus' millennium-long day of governing over earth when enemy death will be No more - 1st Corinthians 15:26
You articulate yet one more reason we Catholics have a superior faith. Babies dont go to "hell" They go to limbo, where they await the day of judgement, along with the noble pagans (those who are not Christian, but have lived a good life)
BTW, as something of a universalist, I no longer live under the terror of eternal damnation, and I have no need to search for the words and phrases scattered here and there in the bible, which when strung together lead one down a dead end road. May all learn and live the love of God, and abandon the hate of man.
